Baidu Goes All-In on Agents: “Dazi” Surges 20x, One Person Can Build an AI Team

Baidu is picking up real momentum!

The WAIC organizers have announced the list of “Treasures of the Show,” and among them is Baidu’s general-purpose agent, “Baidu Dazi” (Baidu Dazi). This Dazi is genuinely capable: since launch, its daily questions answered have grown 20-fold, making it the fastest-growing general-purpose agent.

Baidu’s full “agent family bucket” is gaining steam. Miaoda lets even post-2010s teenagers build applications; Yijing is set to “take over” another KOL; GenFlow has surpassed 100 million monthly active users. This time Baidu has driven the barrier to entry for agents down to the floor — a single person can assemble an AI team.

For friends who want to become super individuals and form a one-person company, this is an area worth paying close attention to. (See also our companion piece: “Before WAIC Even Opens, Baidu Already Claimed the Treasure of the Show.”)
